Origins and Context
Born from transformation practice
TAOM did not begin with the question of what generative AI could create. It began with a different question: Why is enterprise transformation still so fragmented?
Strategy lives in presentations, processes in process platforms, architecture in repositories, requirements in delivery systems, knowledge in collaboration tools, specifications in documents, implementation in project tools, operational data in ERP systems, decisions in meetings – while AI sits alongside all of them in isolated assistants.
TAOM is built to connect these perspectives. Not to replace every platform, but to provide the shared organizational layer between them.
