Enterprise process model

TAOM PROCESS STUDIO

The backbone for every process in your company

Before diagrams turn into scattered files, they get a fixed place. L0 to L5 provide one structure for processes, accountability, systems, requirements and the digital twin.

One model per tenant · several projects · one shared naming convention
From the big picture to the single flow

Six levels. One unambiguous home for every process.

This is not a folder structure. It describes how the work of the company fits together – from the overall landscape down to the actual BPMN flow. L3 and L4 may be skipped where there is nothing in between worth structuring.

Keep them apart

Three things that usually end up inside one „project“

TAOM separates the lasting enterprise process model from temporary initiatives and from the organisation – and then connects the three again.

01 · WHAT

Enterprise process model

The lasting functional structure of the company.

  • L0 to L5
  • Process identifiers
  • End-to-end structure
  • Process map
02 · WHO

Organisation

Who is accountable and who is involved.

  • Units and people
  • Roles and RACI
  • Confirmation by email
  • Escalation along the structure
03 · WITH WHAT

Projects

The initiatives that change parts of the model.

  • SAP transformation
  • Rollout
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Their own working context
One identifier travels along

From the enterprise model down to the process step

The identity stays the same, even when different tools show the same work from different angles.

Why it matters

Not just finding things. Keeping them connected.

Once a process has a fixed place, accountability, systems, requirements, controls and deliverables can be attached to it without ambiguity.

Projects work on the same structure
No second P2M just because a new initiative starts.
The organisation is linked, not copied
Process owner and RACI remain objects of their own.
The digital twin gets a stable structure
Processes become the anchor for systems, knowledge and delivery.

One important distinction

There is no L6 below L5. What follows are the objects of the digital twin: activities, roles, systems, requirements, controls, knowledge and agents.

P2M.01.02.01-AC001

The same identifier appears in the BPMN file, in the Jira issue, on the Confluence page and in every report.

How to start

From your organisation – or from a proposal

With an existing organisation: the streams become end-to-end processes, the categories above them are pre-set. Each row is confirmed individually – technical workstreams such as development or basis do not belong in a process model, and only a person can make that call.

Without one: TAOM proposes the usual set – O2C, S2P, P2M, I2D, R2R under the core processes, H2R and quality under the supporting ones. A proposal you adjust beats an empty page.

The structure is editable from Webuser Pro upwards. Without a licence the editor shows it with sample data – visible, but not editable. Licence overview

Enterprise model · organisation · projects

One company. One structure. Many initiatives.

The enterprise process model stays. Projects change it. The organisation takes responsibility. The digital twin connects the rest.
