Seven views, one context

Architecture

Seven views. One context.

One model. Several living views.
One shared enterprise context.

TAOM connects process, organisation, knowledge and delivery in one digital twin. Every level is linked. Every change lives in all views.

The process becomes the way you navigate your knowledge

The Confluence page holds not a picture of a diagram but the diagram itself – from the same file the editor writes. Click a step and you see its attributes; want to read on, and you jump to the matching chapter.

If someone changes something in the editor, it appears the next time you open the page. If someone is working on the model right now, that is stated above the diagram. Documentation that does not age.

The organisation is generated from the model

Not maintained beside it. Drawn – arrows become the hierarchy, boxes become positions – and linked to the areas of the process steps.

Typing an organisation into a form loses the essential part: who stands above whom, and who is merely consulted. A staff unit does not decide – it is consulted. That sits in the structure, not in a footnote.

Responsibility profile

Position and person together form a profile that says what this person may decide – and what they are attached to.
