TAOM Reporting applies per person and runs alongside the licence tier: process coverage, test and evidence status, open defects and key figures are summarised across all linked models – with a jump from the report straight to the process step.

The views follow the licence: what someone sees in the report is determined by their tier and their membership of your organisation – data of other customers never appears.

Four views per level of the enterprise model: Overview, Process Mining, project times and Tests & risks. Every key figure, every bar and every heatmap cell leads to the affected steps – and from there into the model with a single click.

Prerequisite

Reporting is not included in any licence tier. You can add the add-on licence to Webuser Pro and Enterprise – cross-model reporting requires Webuser Pro or higher.

The quantity you choose is the number of persons who use reports. The seats apply automatically to the persons on your licence – first to you, then in the order in which they joined.

How to get started

Step 1
Choose persons and term
Add Reporting to your cart – the quantity is the number of persons – and check out with your account.
Step 2
Key & assignment
Once payment is received, your Reporting key is issued and assigned to your account.
Step 3
Open reports
In the enterprise model, choose “Reporting”, select the level and jump from the report straight into the process.
