Information on invoicing and booking appointments

In your shopping basket, you can choose whether the user training should be invoiced at the daily rate or on a Time & Material (T&M) basis, based on the actual hours worked. Invoicing will be carried out in accordance with your selection in the shopping basket or as stated in the order confirmation. Appointments will be arranged only after receipt of payment and by mutual agreement, subject to the current availability of our trainers. Once we have received your payment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable training date.

The prices quoted apply to remote delivery via Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex. On-site sessions are available on request, subject to travel and subsistence costs being charged.

The user training takes your team from zero to productive in one day: operating the editor, BPMN fundamentals and the process method behind them. So that you can carry straight on after the course, a day booking includes a Webuser licence for one month – the full editor with AI, at no extra cost.

Who is the training for?

Teams starting out with Process Studio, and everyone who wants to bring their modelling to a common standard. No prior BPMN knowledge is required.

Billing and included licence: In the basket you choose between a daily rate and hourly billing (time & material).
Day booking: a Webuser licence for one month from the day of the training is included.
Hourly booking: the Webuser licence covers the hours booked.
Afterwards you can renew the licence or move up a tier – without renewal it simply ends.
