Information on invoicing and booking appointments

In the shopping basket, you can choose whether the user training should be invoiced at a daily rate or on a time and materials (T&M) basis, based on the actual number of hours worked. Invoicing will be carried out in accordance with your selection in the shopping basket or as stated in the order confirmation. Appointments will only be arranged once payment has been received and by mutual agreement, subject to the current availability of our trainers. Once we have received your payment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable training date.

The prices quoted apply to remote delivery via Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex. On-site sessions are available on request, subject to a charge for travel and subsistence costs.
